Delete Your CaloShape Account

You can request deletion of your CaloShape account and associated app data from inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the CaloShape app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@caloshape.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Please include:
- The email address associated with your CaloShape account.
- Your sign-in method, if known, such as Google sign-in or email sign-in.
- Any optional context that helps us locate your account.
Do not send your password or payment information.
Data We Delete
When your request is verified and processed, we will delete your CaloShape account and associated app data where applicable, including profile information, food logs, nutrition history, weight records, water records, workout records, saved foods, notifications, uploaded images, and CaloShape activity summaries or derived progress records stored from Health Connect data, if any.
Deleting your CaloShape account does not delete health or fitness data stored directly in Android Health Connect or in other health apps. You can manage or delete Health Connect data from Android Health Connect settings.
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need additional information to verify your request, we may contact you at the email address you provide.
Subscriptions
Deleting your CaloShape account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To cancel a subscription, manage it through Google Play.
