Use of CaloShape

CaloShape provides tools for food logging, calorie tracking, nutrition estimation, goal tracking, and wellness-related progress views. You are responsible for the information you enter, upload, or choose to rely on while using the service.

Age Eligibility and Guardian Consent

You must be at least 13 years old to use CaloShape. If you are under the age at which you can independently agree to these Terms or consent to the processing of personal data in your country or region, you may use CaloShape only after a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and only with that person's permission and supervision.

A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use CaloShape is responsible for supervising that use and may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of the minor's account data where permitted by applicable law.

No Medical Advice

CaloShape is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition, calorie, macro, health score, and activity estimates are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, dietary, or fitness decisions.

AI and Nutrition Estimates

CaloShape may use AI-assisted tools to estimate food items, ingredients, calories, macros, nutrition labels, or related information. These results are estimates and should be reviewed by you. You should not rely on AI estimates as a substitute for professional advice or verified product information.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use CaloShape only for lawful purposes.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Android subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Google Play terms and policies. Deleting your CaloShape account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse CaloShape, including by:

• Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise the service.
• Uploading illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Using automation or abuse patterns that interfere with service reliability or fair use.
• Attempting to bypass subscription, entitlement, rate limit, or security controls.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may request account deletion through the app or by following the instructions at Delete your CaloShape account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.

Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of CaloShape after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

CaloShape is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
