iOS Referral Offer Terms

These terms apply to the CaloShape iOS referral offer for 1 month of free subscription.
Eligibility
During the offer, iOS users on Free or an active free trial can enter a referral code before their first payment if they have no qualifying App Store paid history and no referrer linked on iOS. You cannot use your own code or switch referrers. Google Play payments and referrals do not affect eligibility for this offer. Eligibility is checked before linking.
Payment and linking
This offer does not require the first payment within 30 days of linking. A successful referral binding does not expire solely because 30 days or 3 months have passed. A later first qualifying payment can still enter verification, provided account and other offer requirements are met.
Verification and limit
Verification usually takes several days from your friend’s first qualifying payment. Transaction syncing or checks may be delayed. Rewards can be claimed only after approval. Delayed transaction notifications or checks do not restart verification from the time a notification is received. At verification and claim, the payment must not be refunded or revoked, the subscription must remain valid, and all other offer requirements must be met. Checks and reward preparation may take longer; no specific issuance date is guaranteed. Each eligible referrer account can receive one reward; inviting more friends does not increase this limit. An unused expired reward does not restore eligibility for another reward.
Redemption and support
The reward for this offer is 1 month of free subscription. After approval, the referrer must claim the offer code shown in the app and redeem it with Apple. Entering a referral code does not itself add membership benefits. Free trials do not count as payment. New rewards allow at least 14 days from becoming claimable; see the displayed deadline. The 1-month period is the reward duration, not a deadline for the first payment or code redemption. Apple confirms products, regions, customer eligibility, effective dates and renewal terms at redemption. Expired codes are not automatically replaced. Contact support for a review if a system issue or delayed notice prevented redemption.
Renewal and Cancellation
Before redeeming, review Apple’s offer and renewal terms. If auto-renewal is enabled, billing resumes at the displayed price and interval after the offer. Cancel in Apple subscription settings if you don’t want to renew.
